FCA Consults on Equity Market Transparency and Trading Structure Reforms (CP26/30)

The FCA published a consultation paper (CP26/30) addressing equity market transparency requirements and market structure, following on from its confirmed framework for a UK equity Consolidated Tape covering post-trade and first-level pre-trade data with income-sharing arrangements for the tape provider. The proposals form part of the FCA's ongoing programme to modernise UK secondary market infrastructure.
